The Guinea-Bissau International Ships Registry (G-B I.S.R.) has issued Marine Notice 03/2025, establishing the official Records Management Policy applicable across all operational, technical, and administrative departments performing delegated flag State functions.
This policy is aligned with the requirements of paragraph 10 of the IMO Instruments Implementation Code (III Code) and provides the strategic framework for ensuring the integrity, traceability, retention, and auditability of all registry records, including statutory certification, inspection data, casualty files, and international communications.
