We are pleased to announce that the International Ships Registry of Guinea-Bissau (GB ISR) has issued Marine Circular No. 01/2026, introducing the revised Declaration of Maritime Labour Compliance (DMLC) – Part I (Revision 02).

The revised DMLC Part I enhances clarity and alignment with the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC), 2006, as amended, and confirms its validity period in line with the Maritime Labour Certificate.
