The Guinea-Bissau International Ships Registry (G-B ISR) has issued Marine Notice No. 06/2025, providing an updated list of Recognized Protection and Indemnity (P&I) Clubs and Insurers authorized to issue Blue Cards under the 1992 CLC, 2001 Bunkers, 2007 Wreck Removal Conventions and Maritime Labour Convention, 2006, as amended (MLC, 2006). The updated list reflects compliance with IMO Circular Letter No. 3464 and Marine Circular 02/2022, ensuring that only financially sound and properly authorized insurers are accepted.
